Responsibilities: • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure organizational goals are met • Oversee daily operations and ensure the quality of services and products • Monitor and analyze operational performance and suggest improvements • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations • Develop and manage operational budgets • Manage personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations • Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers • Identify and resolve operational problems in a timely manner Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field • At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role • Excellent leadership and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to think strategically and analytically • Excellent problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of project management principles • Knowledge of financial management principles • Experience in data analysis and reporting • Knowledge of operational best practices • Experience in process improvement and optimization • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations • Experience in personnel management
